Weather: clear
The 2012 Draconid meteor shower was not very note worthy at this location though it did yield one nice fireball captured above.
The image above is a 30 minute stack of continuous video from 11:00 PM until 11:30 PM October 07. One bright Draconid is captured along with one sporadic. The Draconid can be identified through its trail which points back to the shower radiant in Draco. Two other Draconids were captured during the night and next morning by the camera, but they were very dim and are not shown here.
In addition to the meteors and star trails, Jupiter can be seen as the bright object (trail) rising in the east. The lights on the horizon are from nearby houses and street lights.
